Policy

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of ₦5,000.

A lash session takes 1–2 hours, kindly arrange your schedule accordingly.

Please arrive with your lashes clean — no mascara, no makeup, no contact lenses.

Please inform your lash artist ahead of time if you won't be able to attend — failure to do so results in a cancelled appointment.

A charge of ₦5,000 will be levied for lateness exceeding 20 minutes.

After 30 minutes of lateness, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled for another day.
